Description

These products are mainly used in situations where harmonic pollution is not serious. The product is mainly composed of intelligent measurement and control unit, thyristor compound switching circuit, high breaking capacity miniature circuit breaker, two -type co-compensation self-healing power capacitors or a Y-type sub-compensation self-healing power capacitor and communication module, which are integrated through reasonable structure design to replace the traditional reactive power compensator of power capacitors. TBLGL - series filter power capacitor module is a 0.4KV low voltage distribution system developed by TERBLE. It is mainly used for reactive power compensation in very serious harmonic situations. It can operate reliably without resonance, has no amplification effect on harmonics, and has the function of absorbing and eliminating harmonics to a certain extent. Among them, 7% series reactor products are suitable for 5th harmonic electric environment, and 14% series reactor products are suitable for 3rd harmonic electric environment.

Function
Filter function, reduce and suppress harmonic current and flicker current, protect equipment. LC circuit is composed of capacitors and reactors in series, which can accurately adjust the filter frequency to a certain value to achieve the purpose of suppressing harmonics in the power grid. The combination of several building blocks can realize automatic and manual control, CT phase and ratio automatic measurement and correction of three-phase current and temperature measurement in the body of each capacitor.

Switching
"Zero switching" function closes the switch when the voltage at both ends of the switch is "zero", breaks the switch when the switching current is "zero", prolongs the service life of the capacitor and the switch itself without switching inrush current, and reduces the impact of switching capacitor on the power grid.

Compensate
Phase-splitting compensation function, phase-splitting compensation products, each phase capacitor can be switched on and off separately, so that the three-phase reactive power imbalance can be well compensated.

Protection function
Over-current protection, over-current protection, capacitor over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, over-temperature, three-phase unbalanced protection.

Measurement function
The phase current of each capacitor is measured, and the temperature of each capacitor is measured.

Signal function
Capacitor operation status signal, self-checking component fault signal.

Communication function
The RS-485 communication interface is used to exchange information with the controller or peripherals to form the work of the system.
